Beginning as a one-person custom programming practice, the firm has grown to include the Software Application and Support Group, the Technical Support Group, the Systems Integration Group, New System Hardware & Software Sales Group, and Matrix Hardware Products. Each part of the company has it's own focus for our customers throughout North America.

	The Software Application and Support Group provides customized business applications in the IBM mid-range and PC networking arenas. Our installed base includes manufacturers, distributors, associations, contractors, and service organizations involved in tremendously varied business applications. The group provides complete system design, coding, implementation, and continuing support for both custom applications and our own proprietary applications designed for both the IBM mid-range systems and PC network platforms.
	The Technical Support Group concentrates on IBM mid-range and PC network operating systems and program product support on our applications. This group offers complete problem resolution, release assistance, and problem solving oriented toward live client contact and on-site assistance. The design and implementation of communication solutions, radio frequency applications, networking, and system integration is a major focus.
	The Systems Integration Group offers a complete range of business planning and consulting services. Areas of business problem analysis, strategic planning, operations research, and alternatives evaluation are addressed with the goal of providing clients a clear solution path with well-defined benchmarks, plans, and costs. This group has extensive experience with system conversions, integration into existing applications, package software implementation including SAP, JDE, Lawson, and others, and complete project management in both the IBM mid-range and PC networking environments.
	The New Hardware & Software Sales Group provides new IBM AS/400 hardware equipment from IBM, NLynx, ComputerLab International, and new PC, wireless, barcode, and portable equipment from various quality suppliers. With the technical expertise to advise customers on the proper equipment choice, we are able to ensure the right hardware for the specific application. We provide everything from a single workstation to complete corporate installation. We are also provide software from S4i Systems (complete document management and distribution software) and Acom/EZPrint/400 (forms, checks, & labels AS/400 electronic printing software).
	Matrix Hardware Products is a full-service used equipment brokerage that buys and sells all types of hi-tech equipment to and from both end-users and other dealers throughout the U.S. Through the Matrix dealer network, virtually all types of IBM mid-range and mainframe equipment is available. Our primary focus is on used IBM AS/400 systems and IBM and third-party peripherals. Matrix sells used equipment at very competitive prices and pays top dollar for equipment purchases.
